Know what's wrong with your site before a letter tells you.
ADA Watchdog tests the pages your customers use to buy and book, explains each problem in plain English, and keeps a dated record of every fix.

A screen reader announces each one as "button", so a blind customer can't change how many loaves they're buying.

Already got a letter?
Upload it. We test every page it names, give your developer a fix list, re-test after the fixes, and keep a dated evidence report for your attorney. $299 once, with three months of monitoring included.
Three steps, in the order they happen
- 1
We test the pages that matter
Home, a product, adding to cart and the first checkout screen. For restaurants: the menu, online ordering and reservations. These are the pages complaints cite.
- 2
You get a fix list in plain English
Each problem shows the page, what it stops a customer doing, the WCAG rule and the code change. Send it straight to whoever built your site.
- 3
We keep a dated record
Every re-scan goes into your evidence log, so you can show what you fixed and when. Download it as a PDF whenever you need it.
What a scan can tell you, and what it can't
Automated tests reliably catch 30 to 40% of WCAG failures, according to QualiBooth. So every report says which is which.
The scan checks for you
- Images with no text description
- Buttons and links with no name
- Form fields with no label
- Text too light to read against its background
- Pages with no language or title
- Zoom blocked on phones
A person still needs to check
- Whether alt text actually describes the image
- Whether everything works with a keyboard alone
- Whether a screen reader hears things in a sensible order
- Whether video captions are accurate
- Whether error messages actually help
The numbers, without the scare tactics
ADA website lawsuits were filed in 2025, up 24% on 2024. Restaurants and online stores were hit hardest.
of those lawsuits named a site that already had an accessibility widget installed. A widget doesn't change your code.
of 2025's federal cases named a business that had been sued before. Settling doesn't fix the site.

What we will never do
Sell you an overlay widget
A toolbar on top of your site doesn't change the code underneath. We help you fix the code.
Call your site "compliant"
No scan can promise that. Every report says what we tested and what still needs a person.
Give you a lawsuit score
Nobody can honestly put a number on that. You get High, Medium or Low exposure with the reasons written out.
Give legal advice
We're not a law firm. We give you technical facts and dated evidence to take to your attorney.
Straight answers
Does a clean scan mean I can't be sued?
No. Automated tests find only part of WCAG failures, and no scan can promise you won't get a letter. A clean scan removes the most common barriers and gives you a dated record of the work you did.
Which websites can you scan?
Any public website, including Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce and Squarespace stores. Pages run by another company, like a hosted checkout or an ordering service, are tested and marked as theirs.
Will you fix my site for me?
Not in-house. Your developer or agency works from our fix list, and we can point you to agencies we work with.
What happens to my letter?
The file is encrypted, used only to build your fix plan, and deleted after 90 days unless you choose to keep it. The list of barriers we read from it stays on your dashboard until you ask us to delete it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing link in your dashboard. The Letter-to-Fix Pack is a one-time payment.
